Clippers extend contract of shooting guard Terance Mann

The Los Angeles Clippers have secured the future of guard Terance Mann with a three-year contract extension worth $47 million. Mann, a key contributor in the Clippers’ playoff run, is expected to play a larger role with the departures of Paul George and Russell Westbrook.

Mann, a versatile player who can contribute on both ends of the court, has steadily improved his game since joining the Clippers in 2019. He played a crucial role in the team’s playoff runs in 2020 and 2021, demonstrating his ability to defend multiple positions and make offensive plays.

With the departures of George and Westbrook, Mann is poised to take on a bigger leadership role for the Clippers. He is expected to be a key member of the team’s starting lineup and will be counted on to provide scoring, playmaking and defense.

The contract extension is a vote of confidence in Mann’s future with the Clippers. The team hopes he continues to develop and become a key player for years to come.
